**Job description**

PHC Supplies are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team, working on the Trade Counter and in the Stores.

The role consists of;
- Driving: delivery work to customers as required.
- Stores work: Ordering stock/ customer orders, unpacking and checking off deliveries, sending out orders via courier, maintaining a well-organised stores, stocktaking and associated computer work and paperwork.
- Telephone sales: dealing with enquiries from customers.

Required work experience/skills;
- Full clean UK Driving Licence is essential.
- Good telephone manner with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers at all levels of operation.
- Conscientious, tidy and hard working. Organised and efficient with a strong attention to detail.

Desired work experience/skills:

- Trade Counter experience in a similar environment would be preferred but we would be happy to consider you if you are prepared to put in the hard work to learn.
- Fork truck licence would be advantageous but not essential.

- Good work ethic and willing to go the ‘extra mile’ if required.

What we offer:

- Full time, permanent role Monday to Friday (7:30am - 5pm) and Saturday mornings on a rota basis (8am - 12pm) - roughly two Saturdays in four.
- 20days holiday (plus Bank Holidays). Increasing annually to a maximum of 25days.
- Pension scheme.
- Uniform provided.

Salary negotiable based on experience.
