We have an exciting opportunity available for a hard-working and passionate music lover who is available to join Rough Trade as the Bar and Events Supervisor of Rough Trade Bristol.

You will be responsible for supporting the Bar and Events Manager to run all aspects of our bar and live events proposition including events operations and customer experience.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Managing and working in the Bar and Events space, including running of all day-to-day operations
- Working on the Bar as required
- Bar stock ordering
- Assisting in the set up for in store events
- Assisting in the set up for out store events
- Some events promotion on store social channel
- Supporting with the running of in-store events
- Supporting with the running of out-store events
- Key holding and some solo running of events
- Artist liaison
- Live events experience essential, preferably in a grass roots music venue
- Previous experience needed in a busy pub or bar environment
- Passionate about new music
- Hard working
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Strong team player and a fast learner

This role is for 15 hours a week, part-time, however, full-time hours may be offered depending on events schedule.
