We’re looking for someone who brings flair, energy, and an eye for detail to every pour, shake, and serve. **As a Bartender, we will support you to**: - **Be yourself**: - bringing the real you to work, with your unique personality we want you to be who you are - **Lead yourself** - we trust you to make decisions and exert your creativity in order to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections, we trust you to do right - **Make it count**- you matter, and we will provide you with all the tools you need in order to create ridiculously personalised experiences for our guests every day **What You’ll Do**: - Create and serve beautiful cocktails, wines, beers, and coffee with precision and style - Share your drinks knowledge with guests—whether it’s explaining the botanicals in a gin or recommending a perfect wine pairing - Keep the bar immaculate and well-stocked, prepping fresh ingredients and ensuring every detail is perfect - Help drive sales through up selling and engaging interactions - Support your team, have fun, and make sure every guest feels welcomed and wowed **What We’re Looking For**: - A confident bartender with proven cocktail and bar service experience - A passion for premium spirits, wines, and all things drinks-related - Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment - Friendly, engaging, and always ready to go the extra mile - A team player who takes pride in their work and appearance - Someone who brings positive energy and professionalism to every shift **We can offer you** - **Financial security** - **£13.30 per hour**_(£27,664 per annum FTE),_ guaranteed hours, paid overtime, a free meal on shift, enhanced sick pay Plus, Tronc paid monthly if in eligible role.
