**Client Details**

**Description**
- Manage 4 direct reports, develop the team, provide support, guidance and relevant training where needed
- Attend BD Internal Transition meetings, ensuring you understand all new programs and that we have the new customer forms and signed contracts for every deal
- Review of Month End, working with the team to ensure all Balance sheet accounts are reconciled and reviewed and any variances on the P&L looked into and dealt with.
- VAT Reconciliation and submit returns
- Payroll

**Profile**
- Experience within a similar role demonstrating coaching and developing a team
- Foreign currency and intercompany within a group structure
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and external contacts at all levels.
- Excel skills essential
- SAP experience essential
- Be keen to take on a challenging role and make improvements
