Zone Contractors Limited are an experienced supplier to the main contractors and clients of the civil engineering and construction sectors. We are currently recruiting for the below role:
Quality Assurance/Production operative required for a long-term rail infrastructure project (HS2) in the Avonmouth, Bristol area. You will be part of the team preparing, producing and inspecting pre-cast concrete.
- CSCS card (preferably blue)
- SEQOHS Safety Critical Medical (Required but can be arranged)
- BBV HS2 Induction (Can be arranged, please note inductions take place in Birmingham so you will need to be able to travel to this. Full day's pay for attendance upon start)
- Previous concrete experience desirable
- Experience on civil infrastructure projects

Training will be provided, duties include:

- Maintain workstation organised, clean and safe, and working equipment is maintained accordingly.
- Reporting inaccuracies as they may occur.
- Levelling and finishing off precast concrete products
- Mould Opening/De-moulding concrete products
- Ensure the correct gaskets are used/installed according to the procedures (TBS, SOP).

**Salary**: From £14.25 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bs11 9bw: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
