**Salary**: £25,000 per annum

40 hours a week Monday to Friday

Your duties will include the following:
Administrate all documentation regarding customer claims.

Prepare job packs.

Manage courtesy car fleet and documentation.

Receive and register payments from customers.

Organise Customer bookings, manage collection/delivery for drivers.

Check in customer vehicles and courtesy cars for damage.

Promote all products and services for the business.

Handle initial customer complaints.

Other tasks and responsibilities requested by your managers.

Previous experience: customer service back ground in automotive industry, Previous bodyshop experience would be ideal but not essential.

Excellent telephone manner and bright personality.

Multitasking

The ability to up sell to customers.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
