The job of a Home Care Assistant involves travelling to customers own homes and helping them with daily tasks that allows them to maintain their independence and wellbeing.

Often just seeing you walk through their front door brings a smile as you may be the only person they see day to day. You are that important.
- The type of care and support that you will provide is typically no different to the support you may find yourself giving to a member of your own family, such as assisting with daily tasks like helping to get up, washed and dressed, meal preparation, domestic, shopping, prescription pick ups, companionship and welfare checks.

**Essential Requirements**
- Must be 18 years old and above
- Alternate weekend working and set weekdays off. Must be available to work to late shifts during the week.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Work well on your own and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, well-organised and flexible
- Caring and sensitive to the needs of others
- The ability to use your own initiative
- Taking pride in being a Home Care Assistant

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.25 per hour
