**Salary: £24k per year + bonus and benefits (salary goes up to £26k after 6-months)**
**Location: Leeds**
**Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm**

**The Opportunity**
You will be responsible for the promotion of our clients e-commerce platform to deliver sales growth via self-serve to improve service efficiency both internally and externally within the business.
You will also be tasked with the proactive management of accounts as they transition on to the e-commerce platform with the aim to achieve profitable sales growth from these accounts whilst also proactively managing your own workload, working towards any targets given and share responsibility for all office and administration duties.
**Responsibilities of the role**
- First point of contact to follow up on New Business Leads from HubSpot/CRM
- Onboarding of all new e-commerce accounts; ensuring relevant departments/persons accurately capture information in a timely manner
- Supporting Ecommerce team with the development and roll out of new connect Suite tools (including Trial and Beta Periods)
- Main point of contact for SME accounts; providing support and assistance through all of their interactions and transactions with the business
- Review outstanding proforma orders/quotations within SAP to ensure conversion is maximised
- Identify development potential within existing accounts by studying current business; work with territory manager/Sales Director to identify and evaluate additional needs/opportunities
- Review transactions with proforma customers with a view to converting to credit accounts
- Develop and implement a follow up after sales service for new customers to ensure the service received has met/exceeded their expectations
- Responsible for maximising customer potential spend with the company through regular review of orders and recognising upselling opportunities at the proforma/quotation stage
- Recognise cross-selling opportunities across product lines
- Effective utilisation of the CRM system; ensuring data is accurate, relevant and compliant
- Review opportunities within the CRM system to improve internal and external communication
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with external sales team to ensure effective collaboration and development of accounts
- Attend customer meetings either onsite or at customers premises supported by Customer Experience Manager, Senior Sales Manager or Sales Director
**Key Competencies**
- Strong interpersonal skills are required to develop rapport and build relationships with new/existing customers
- Fact Finding: Comfortable using a range of tools to pull together information about prospective customers to support sales team when making contact
- Attention for detail: Have a close eye for detail to support problem solving both for customers and the Eshop development
- Strong interpersonal skills are required to develop rapport and build relationships with new/existing customers as well as key internal stakeholders
- Flexibility: Be comfortable balancing multiple tasks and activities concurrently
- Methodical approach to your work ensuring high accuracy of right first time
- Passion for continuous improvement; regularly reviewing the service our client provides to customers who fall inside of the SME category
- Collaborate with Account Representatives/Sales Representatives of larger accounts to drive further improvements across the business
- Understand the business operations within the company and the industry competitive environment
- Thrives at working under own initiative/minimum supervision; whilst having the humility and maturity to seek support
- Has a passion to succeed and drive sales against pre agreed targets
