Are you currently looking for a new challenge from January? Could you offer your skills on a day to day or medium-term basis covering classes and delivering the Curriculum across a range of year groups?

If you hold Qualified Teacher Status and have experience working recently in Secondary schools, then we may have the perfect type of work for you at Teaching Personnel. As a Supply Teacher or Cover Teacher, you will receive significant opportunity to workin a number of schools across Hull. Where possible we aim to arrange work ‘pre-booked, giving you the best opportunity to arrive in school on time. Over the past term, Teaching Personnel have built strong relationships with a number of Business Managers andHead teacher’s, who are now offering a number of days supply work in the week. Whilst experience is desirable, this role is also suitable for ECTs who want to gain more experience in different year groups within Secondary Schools.

Skills and experience you’ll need:

- ECT or Qualified teacher status
- Expected to deliver the work set by the permanent member of staff for each lesson (or prepare your own work if there isn’t anything set)
- Have a strong commitment to safeguarding
- Feedback for the class teacher; specifying progress made and behaviour.
- Are an enthusiastic individual with a good sense of humour
- Build positive relationships with pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
