**About The Role**: **Position**:Event Safety Steward** **Hourly Rate**:£11.44- £12.82** (*hourly rate inclusive of holiday pay)** **From April**£12.21 - £13.68* (*hourly rate inclusive of holiday pay)** **Schedule**:Various shift patterns available** At FGH Security we pride ourselves in our core values, they guide everything we do. We are looking for new Event Safety Stewards who champion our values to join our team keeping people safe at some of the best events, festivals and stadiums. **Main Duties**: - Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling. - Ingress control - ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries. - Crowd management - foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to. - Deliver approachable customer service and support. - Monitor and report any suspicious behaviour/take appropriate action. - Egress control. - Reporting and recording details of irregularities, incidents, searches and patrols. **About You**: - Have a clear passion for Keeping People Safe. - Have a good understanding of security risks and threats present at events, festivals and stadiums. - Be friendly and have great interpersonal skills. - Have excellent communications skills. - Love training: we have a learning culture and are rigorous in upskilling ourselves and others. You will be required to gain your L2 in Spectator Safety certificate as part of your employment, this training will be provided by FGH training free of charge. **About Us**: **About FGH Security** We were founded in 2003 with the aim of raising the standards in the UK Private Security Industry.
