**Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive**

**Salary**: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

**Role Overview**:
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the firm's brand visibility and drive business growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and paid advertising, to attract and engage clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote the firm's services and increase brand awareness.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to maximize ROI and drive lead generation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and inform future strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in paid ads
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
