A prominent company in Edinburgh are looking to hire a Senior/Lead QA Engineer after their current Senior QA Engineer in this team has moved into a different team within the business.

They are a respected organisation who create risk management and analytic SaaS products for complex industries. But more than that, they have made a name for themselves as an employer that truly cares about their employee's career growth (they advocate forprofessional development and promoting internally), and who genuinely live the values of the company.
This role is working on the most modern, in-development products within the business and is looking for someone who can guide the strategic direction of this testing team, of which you would be the most senior, whilst making sure best practices are implemented.You would be very hands-on, with a focus on C# for automation testing - this is an essential skill.
If you were interested in adding some line management experience to your skillset/or if this is something you already have, this would be a huge bonus, but not something that you need to do if you don't want to.

You'll have most of the following skills/experience:
**C# experience for automation testing

**Creating automation test frameworks from scratch

**Web-based UI testing

**API testing
Hybrid working is very flexible - some folk come in regularly to their city centre Edinburgh office, and other only come in infrequently when needed for meetings/training/when required.
There is a salary on offer of up to circa £60,000 with room to be flexible around that, with a 10% bonus as well. Benefits include private healthcare, pension contribution from employer of up to 12%, emergency family care, stocks and am employee assistanceprogramme to name a few.
