**Salary**: Dependant on Experience
CSR are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Administrator to join our hydraulic manufacturer client’s busy team in Dungannon.
**Key Responsibilities**:
In this Sales Support Administratorrole, your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing sales orders within a busy Hose Assembly Planning Team.
- Regularly communicating with customers, confirming orders and updating when required.
- Assist with production planning.
- Convert sales orders to production worksheets.
- Creating B.O.M for Hydraulic Hose Kits within SAGE.
- Supporting Hose Assembly Production Manager with Pricing of Hydraulic kits and maintaining and updating customer Revision changes on company folders.
- General admin duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Strong IT Skills including at least Intermediate level at EXCEL and MS Office.
- Experience with operating systems ideally Sage Line 200, with knowledge of B.O.M / Works Order preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- A strategic thinker able to act on initiative.
- Confident in tackling problems.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Someone who is keen to develop in their role, learning new skills to enhance your position in the company.
- Holding great administrative skills.
- Establishing strong team relationship and being able to work effectively in a group environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
