Year on yeartheir service record increases with a well-known reputation in the market. Due to growth and investment, a new opportunity has arisen to join as a Senior Software engineer.

As a Technical Lead, you will be the most senior technologist in a cross-functional feature team - responsible for design, implementation, testing and delivery of amazing software. You will join the product team, working alongside senior business stakeholdersand software engineers to provide a best-in-class investment experience for our customers. Code quality, maintainability and user experience design are key values of our delivery approach. This is a great opportunity to be technically hands-on whilst supportingand coaching junior developers.

**Key Responsibilities: JavaScript Technical Lead**
- Provide technical leadership to engineering colleagues
- Producing high quality and maintainable software for the platform as a senior member of a cross-functional feature team
- Working closely with your colleagues to help evolve high-level platform architecture
- Participating in a highly collaborative environment, regularly employing techniques such as pair programming and code reviews
- Sharing a sense of collective responsibility for delivery commitments, with a focus on clean code principles and automated testing

**Experience Required: JavaScript Technical Lead**
- 5+ years development experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks
- 2+ years Node.js, TypeScript (or other typed language) experience
- Experience with Microservices and event-driven architecture
- Experience of SQL, Git, and Agile practices
