Due to significant growth and recent large property acquisition, we’re excited to announce two newly created 12-month fixed-term contracts within our Direct Labour Operation (DLO). We’re looking for experienced, multi-skilled plumbers who are passionate about delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.

**What You’ll Do**
- Carry out a variety of plumbing and general maintenance tasks to a high standard, aiming for first-time fixes.
- Multi-Trade experience, including Carpentry/Kitchen/Bathroom fitter experience is preferred.
- Represent Paradigm professionally in customers’ homes, ensuring a respectful and courteous approach.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, reporting any concerns promptly.
- Manage van stock efficiently and minimise material waste.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
- Support apprentices and team members with guidance and mentoring.
- Participate in our on-call rota to provide essential out-of-hours support (not essential)

**What You’ll Bring**
- Relevant trade qualifications (City & Guilds Part 1 & 2, NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Carpentry or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a plumber, with additional skills in carpentry, ideally including kitchen and bathroom fitting, door hanging, and general woodwork repairs.
- A full UK driving licence (preferably clean).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- A sound understanding of health and safety practices.
