**Join Investec as a Customer Services Officer and be the first point of contact for our valued clients. In this dynamic role, you will efficiently manage inbound customer account queries, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in effective complaint handling**:
**Description of Role and Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage inbound customer account queries.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective complaint handling.
- Exhibit good time management and the ability to multitask.
- Prioritise tasks to work within departmental SLAs.

**Core Skills and Knowledge**:

- Act with integrity at all times and embrace the philosophy of treating customers fairly (compulsory).
- Maintain regulatory knowledge as applicable to the role (compulsory).
- Provide coaching and assessment (compulsory for managerial and supervisory roles).

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Understanding of lease and asset finance.
- Familiarity with AML/KYC requirements.
- Knowledge of the Consumer Credit Act and other relevant regulatory requirements.

**Analytical Skills**:

- Maintain a strong client focus.

**Negotiation and Decision-Making Skills**:

- Ability to negotiate favourable outcomes and make informed decisions.

**Relationship Management and Communication**:

- Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships while effectively communicating with key stakeholders.
