**Job Title**: Mobile Plumber Multi
**Area**:Bristol/South Gloucestershire
**Hours**:(Full time) 8-5 or (Part time) 30 hours minimum working a week
**Salary**: £30,000 - £33,500
**Role**: Fault finding and reactive maintenance in Social Housing
We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Technician to join our highly skilled team. You will have a core trade in plumbing and will be working in the field covering Bath and the surrounding areas.

**Purpose of the role**:

- You will provide a high quality fault fixing and maintenance service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio.
- You will be included in our out of hours service, ensuring the safety of our customers at all times

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- You will have a core trade in plumbing achieved by either a formal qualification, or qualified by experience.
- You will have good general multi-skilled abilities
- You will have a good level of literacy and numeracy

**To be considered for the role of Multi Skilled Technician, you will**:

- Be highly competent
- Have a positive, can do attitude
- Have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage customers and communicate with them effectively and confidently
- Ideally have experience working in customers properties
- Hold a full, valid driving licence (this will be checked with the DVLA)

**You may have experience or an interest in the following**: Plumbing, Responsive Repairs, Reactive Repairs, Operative, Maintenance, Engineer, Social Housing or Housing Association.
