Milestone Infrastructure look after 24,000 miles of roads, 280,000 lighting assets and 20,000 miles of footways, always with a view to ensuring that all works are carried out as sustainably as possible and with mínimal impact to local communities.

We are seeking a Technical Administrator to join us at Milestone Infrastructure as we continue through a period of growth. Based in Winchester, you will be flexible between working in the office, between depots and remotely.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- General administration duties including
- Managing back office systems to enable clear service vision
- Updating progress on works currently on the ground
- Supplying stats for works due to start
- Other administrative tasks as required
- Permit enquiries, NRSWA enquiries and associated activities
- Liaison with Hampshire County Council and other affected stakeholders for proposed works
- Support for contract HSEQ teams

**Skills + Experience**
- Good understanding of managing and presenting data
- Strong IT skills - particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational skills
- General understanding of Health & Safety requirements
- Skilled in providing administrative support preferably in a technical environment
- Knowledge of road space booking procedures and public engagement with NRSWA preferable
