We currently have an opportunity for a Production Shift Cleaner to join our team at Bishopbriggs in Glasgow. The role requires an experienced Industrial Cleaner who is able to work on a permanent night shift which covers 5 nights per week (Mon-Sun inclusive).

**What's the role about?**
In this role, you’ll ensure specific areas across the production site, along with some of the machinery, are cleaned to the highest standard. This will enable us to meet our daily production and quality targets and will help to minimise potential downtime.

With prior experience in how a plant operates, you’ll be able to clean specialist equipment such as mixers and conveyors. Health and safety will be key, and you’ll be able to spot and report any production issues immediately.

A flexible approach to working requirements is expected to ensure adequate cover to meet production demands, this includes forklift truck driving, loading shovel operation, and general housekeeping.

**What are the required skills?**
- A background in a plant environment
- Previous experience driving a forklift truck
- Previous experience of driving a front-loading shovel
- Able to show a flexible approach to varying work activities
- A team player
- Happy to take part in further training required for the role
- Flexible in relation to shift patterns and overtime
