_**Role overview**:_As our primary point of contact for our customers, your manner, efficiency and service skills, set the tone for our business interactions. You help our consumers with their queries on orders and deliveries or in the event of delay, ensure they are kept informed. You build and develop relationships with web-site consumers and support the team to deliver the best possible customer service and maintain the highest brand image.

You are adept at working with computers and handle data in insightful and efficient ways. You are engaged with brand activities and support the Brand Coordinator in all aspects of brand administration.
- **Your objectives and main responsibilities**:_
- Maintain 100% accuracy on the customer order file and keep all customer records up to date.
- To build and develop relationships with web-site consumers.
- Be pro-active and contribute to our customer service team. Work closely with the whole team to support our drive to deliver the best possible customer service and brand image.
- Build and develop a working relationship with the Warehouse team. Support requests from marketing for product deliveries.
- Be compliant with data protection regulations.

- A fluent speaker of English and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A warm and vibrant personality to make customers feel valued and at ease.
- Quick to learn new IT platforms and product information.
- Ability to multitask and deal with multiple queries.
- **Location**:_Based onsite at our Head Office in Oakham, Rutland LE15 6EA. Paid public parking is available close by.

**Contract**:Full-time role on Fixed-term contract, working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday. Current working hours 9.00 am to 5.30 pm but we may require earlier cover depending on specific brands. You must be eligible to work in the UK.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
