**Tech Graduate Recruitment Consultant (unlimited earning + uncapped commission)**

**Tech Graduate Recruitment Consultant: Opportunity**
- £24,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission scheme, forecasted earnings:

- Year 1: £40K OTE
- Year 2: £70K OTE
- Year 3: £100K+ OTE
- Expanding company - Opportunity for faster progression alongside the growth, including opportunities in their growing American offices (such as New York or San Francisco)
- Fun Fund Reward Schemes: holidays paid for including New York and Ibiza
- Sociable team nights out and all paid for lunch clubs (at the cities best bars and restaurants)

**Tech Graduate Recruitment Consultant: Requirements**
- Strong academics, high performing A-levels, 2:1 or above from a top 20 University
- Ideally commercial, sales, prior recruitment, or tech experience
- Competitive and sporty flair: sport played at a high level or as a part of a team
- Ambition to 'raise the bar’ and strong drivers to succeed.
- Excellent written and communication skills, including being confident over the phone and face-to-face
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and money motivated mindset: working alongside studies, working multiple jobs, working long stressful hours
- Negotiation experience or compelling and persuasive qualities maintaining an adaptive approach

**Tech Graduate Recruitment Consultant: The Role**
- Writing attractive adverts for appropriate roles
- Screening CVs for desired qualifications, qualities, and experience
- Winning, building, and maintaining client relationships - developing trust and successful communication between yourself and clients
- Hitting targets, earning limitless commission, and being rewarded for every single success.
- Becoming a recruitment and tech market expert, being able to consult even the highest calibre talent
