Are you an experienced and dedicated Support Worker looking for a new start in an organisation that rewards, trains and develops you?

We are currently looking to recruit experienced Support Workers who have experience with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Behaviours of concern. We need skilled and experienced staff across Greater Manchester with an understanding of PBS, whose values align with our own and are committed to offering outstanding Person-centred care.

If you have 12 months experience and have completed a care certificate, we offer £22,308.00 per annum plus £62.64 per sleep-in (not waking nights), excellent training and development and a host of fantastic benefits.

City Care is one of the UK’s leading independent providers of specialist services for adults with learning disabilities and Autistic Spectrum Condition (with associated learning disabilities). With more than 25 years’ experience we provide bespoke and innovative assessment and care packages in a range of supported living models which include 24hour domiciliary care and residential care home support services.

**The Role**

**Shifts are given 4 to 6 weeks in advance. All rotas cover a 7 day period, including sleep ins.**

Supplemental pay types:

- Optional overtime at enhanced rate
- On average an extra £250.56 per month if you do one sleep a week, more if you do more sleep shifts a week
