- Booking in and returning customer vehicles.
- Inspecting vehicles for damage before handover to the Bodyshop.
- Providing regular updates to customers on the progress of their vehicles.
- Booking estimates and maintaining a daily diary.
- Updating electronic insurer systems.
- Invoicing and debt control.
- Ensuring all telephone inquiries and bookings are handled courteously and professionally.
- Managing courtesy car planning.
- Assisting with the day-to-day administration of the Bodyshop.

- Be IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft.
- Possess an outgoing personality.
- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, consistently delivering high-quality work.
- Have the ability to multitask in an ever-changing working environment.
- Be prompt and efficient.
