A fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor has arisen within a top ranked international firm to join a thriving litigation team in Manchester City Centre.
If you’re a NQ-4 PQE Commercial Solicitor and want to be part of their future plans, this is a unique opportunity to join a financially secure, ambitious firm with an excellent reputation nationwide.
The Role
- Responsible for conducting litigation, including pre-action matters
- Ability to deal with complex legal matters and a wide variety of work to include: contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes.
- The opportunity to run and support High Court matters, therefore a knowledge of procedure and rules is a 'must’ and experience of drafting Court documents will be a significant advantage.
- Have the opportunity to liaise directly with experts and Counsel, therefore you will require the ability to understand and direct experts and Counsel.
- Must have a proactive approach with a keen interest in Dispute Litigation
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
- Energetic, commercially minded innovative professional.
