- Working within a large IT Department delivering 1st & 2nd line deskside IT support
- Good Windows & networking experience.
- Desktop experience
- Telephony
- Mobile Device Management
- Support Deskexperience
- Configuring installing & assigning the IT Departments endpoints such as workstations, laptops and smart devices.
Hours are 37.5 per week and the role will require you to be part of a ‘on call’ rota.
You will primarily be based at Ashford and occasionally visit locations across Kent, ensuring IT service requests & incidents are resoled efficiently & accurately.
