**Talent Acquisition Specialist**
**The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the following responsibilities**:

- Implement and develop effective recruitment strategies to bring in top talent to the business.
- Manage a full-cycle recruiting process for various different roles, including searching, screening/vetting, interviewing and hiring.
- Offer support and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

**Talent Acquisition Specialist**
**The Talent Acquisition Specialist will require the following experience/skills/qualifications**:

- 3+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth or start-up environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and experience with full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles in engineering, software development or related fields.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
