【任职要求】
1、3年以上自媒体运营经验，文学编辑相关学历优先，有成熟的运营案例优先；
2、能够独立运营微信公众号及微博、 抖音、 快手等自媒体，对facebook，X、telegram、discord等自媒体很熟悉，对FB、谷歌等平台广告投放熟悉。
3、能够独立策划新媒体运营方案， 并执行各类新媒体活动。
4、负责相关新媒体平台日常内容撰写、 策划、 发布、 更新、 维护和管理，开发、 建立、 维护多种社会化媒体渠道。
5、对账号数据统计分析， 提供有效的运营投放， 提高粉丝粘性， 维护粉丝活跃。

**Online Game Operator**
【Job Responsibilities】
1.Manage short video accounts on platforms such as TikTok, including initial planning, account setup and maintenance, topic selection, scriptwriting, video distribution, fan engagement, activity strategy, and promotion.
2.Work closely with the marketing team and content partners to expand the customer acquisition scale, increase market share, and improve business data performance.
3.Collaborate with product, operations, and development teams to optimize acquisition efficiency, user retention, and paid conversion rates, improving overall project performance.
4.Stay updated on trending topics on new media platforms and create content that aligns with the game’s characteristics, driving high-quality content that increases fan engagement and loyalty.
5.Regularly review and analyze viral content, proposing optimization strategies forcontinuous improvement.
【Job Requirements】
1.At least 3 years of experience in new media operations; a degree in literature orrelated fields is preferred. Proven successful operation cases are a plus.
2.Ability to independently operate social media platforms such as WeChat Official Accounts, Weibo, TikTok, and Kuaishou. Familiarity with international platforms like Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Telegram, and Discord, as well as experience with Facebook and Google Ads.
3.Ability to independently plan and execute new media strategies and activities.
4.Responsible for daily content writing, planning, publishing, updating, maintenance, and management of new media platforms; able to develop, establish, and maintain various social media channels.
5.Proficient in data analysis of account performance, providing effective operational suggestions to improve user engagement and maintain fan activity.
6.Manage the daily maintenance of the company’s multi-platform media matrix, develop user acquisition strategies, and track and analyze the performance of promotional content to refine operations based on user habits and behaviors.
7.Familiarity with mobile game publishing processes and proficient in backend operations for Android and Apple platforms.
【Salary & Benefits】
**Salary**:£25,000-£32,000/year
Performance Bonus:Quarterly bonuses based on team performance and individual contribution
