This role offers a hybrid of office and home working (the option to work part of your week from home becomes available after completion of an initial training period), but you can also choose to work full time in the office if that would be your preference.
**What’s the Job?**
The Developer Services team is responsible for reviewing new development proposals and helping customers get connected to our supply and sewerage networks. We pride ourselves on delivering a professional, high-quality service to our customers.
We have an incredible team spirit and work well together to drive great solutions for our customers and the environment.
**The Ideal person?**
We are looking for someone who can deliver great customer service, have a positive attitude, enthusiasm to learn new skills and the confidence to make decisions using logical and informed judgement.
To be successful in this role you will be a confident communicator and enjoy finding solutions to customer challenges. You will be dealing with a wide range of queries so the ability to absorb lots of information and relay that knowledge is really important.
You’ll need to be highly organised and able to prioritise your workload to ensure you deliver an excellent service to all stakeholders.
Ideally, you’ll hold a grade C or above in English and maths although this is not essential. You’ll be IT literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
