NonStop Care is currently working with a well established authority in the East Midlands, who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Assessment team in First Response Childrens' Duty team.

They have a permanent workforce, with no agency staff over the last six months and Due to having such **high staff retention,**you will have the comfort of joining a team with **experienced staff/ management helping you along the way**.

They have an **engaged senior management team** who will routinely spend time with you to understand the challenges you face and how they can support you in your role / to **achieve your development goals and further your career.**

**Responsibilities**:
The team works with families when there is a need for a Child and Family Assessment and work **to effect change and enable the families to build their resilience and wherever possible, remain together**.
