I am exclusively partnering with a leading Nuclear business who are looking to recruit a HR Transformation Lead to join the business for a period of 12 months.

Our client employs over 3,000 people across several sites in the UK. This role will involve some travel to sites near Chester (North West) and Slough (Berkshire) for 1-2 days per week and then you will have the flexibility to work from home for the reminderof the week.

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Transformation Lead who can oversee a drive forward several HR project workstreams. These workstreams will cover TA, HRIS and HR Transformation.

You will provide leadership and governance to the HR Transformations projects across the business. You will use Project Management methodologies to ensure that the various workstreams deliver against their project plans. Running on time and to budget itcritical for the success of these projects.

This role will report to the CPO and partner with business leaders to support the broad HR transformation.

This role would suit an experienced HR transformation lead who has experience of leading multiple HR projects.

The role will be offered on a 12-month contract.The salary on offer for this role is negotiable depending on experience. Our client may look at both a salary and a daily rate for this role.
