We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in our busy Sales Office.

**Responsibilities**
- Cutting and preparing wallpaper samples to send out to online customers
- Perform basic data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office or administrative role.
- Strong clerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Competent in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience in using Xero accounting system advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time considered

Pay: £13 per hour
