PMO Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a PMO analyst to work for a well respected client on a 6 month contract

Within the role, you will be supporting the Senior PM on a migration project involving the migration of key systems. The role will involve tenacious planning, chasing, action management and decision recording

Role summary/Experience required:

- Overarching support for all identified technical / business engagement requirements or initiatives in order to meet the project timelines.
- Support on information capture, documentation, storage and tracking associated with project delivery activities
- Project and Stakeholder level meeting co-ordination to drive progress on deliverables
- Documenting RAID items, actions and decisions for audit purposes. Taking ownership of item follow-up to drive momentum on decision/resolution
- Supporting on report compilation, status update meetings preparation and any steering/escalation material

**Ideally - a utilities background would be beneficial**
