Recruiter & Office Coordinator

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is highly organised.
**Key Responsibilities: Recruitment**:
- Conduct outbound phone calls to recruit, screen, and follow up with potential drivers.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process with internal teams.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, document collection, and induction coordination.
- Work closely with operations and HR to forecast and meet staffing needs.
**Office Coordination & Support**:
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from applicants, staff, and vendors.
- Support general office administration such as filing, reporting, and scheduling.
- Keep hiring reports, spreadsheets, and employee documentation organized and up to date.
**Warehouse Support**:
- Assist in organizing driver dispatch and sortation activities when needed.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure daily fulfilment operations run smoothly.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience in recruitment, HR support, or logistics hiring is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills — especially over the phone.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and represent the company professionally.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across roles.
- Comfortable using basic office tools (Excel, Word, Google Workspace, etc.).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
