We are recruiting for Part Time Food & Beverage Staff to join our team at Adair Arms Hotel, Ballymena.

Your main duties will include:

- To maintain the standards of hygiene and cleanliness of the food & bar service areas.
- To replenish on a daily basis the accompaniments that may be required during food service i.e mustards, vinegar, salt & pepper.
- To be familiar with and ensure all menu items the service of each and be able to explain the contents and preparation of each.
- In the absence of management meet and greet and seat customers on arrival.
- To ensure all customers are served quickly & courteously.
- To ensure that all complaints are dealt with courteously and in line with company policy.
- To know the policies and procedures of the hotel ensuring that you report for duty on time, in the correct uniform and groomed to the highest standard of personal hygiene.
- To assist with the training of other staff.
- To ensure that reasonable care and attention is paid to health and safety of yourself other employees, customers and other persons on the premises.
- Work to Standard operating procedures.
- To complete any e-learning in a timely manner.
- To perform any other duties that may be required as regarded necessary by management.
