Site Surveyor

As a site surveyor, your main role will be surveying structural opening for final manufacturing sizes of Bradbury Group product. You will also need to communicate client preferences in regards to product type, site conditions and access restrictions and preferred install methodology. This role will be customer facing and demands a professional attitude.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the customer is always at the forefront of daily tasks.
- To carry out site survey of Bradbury group product for manufacture sizes.
- To record client requests during surveys, site access/restrictions and installation methodology.
- Produce detailed survey reports for the sales team.
- Attend to customer support issues and to support installation teams.
- Organise your own diary efficiently and to respond in a timely manner to survey requests.
- Produce site visit reports for customer support issues.
- Use the Bradbury online system for reporting.
- Customer facing, requires a professional attitude.
- Extensive travel required and occasional nights away.
- Any other reasonable duties requested by your manager.
**KPI/Measures**:
- Speed of response to survey requests.
- Error free surveys.
- Work carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
- Client feedback.
**Essential skills, qualifications and knowledge**:
- Excellent multi-tasker with ability to prioritise where necessary taking into account a number of factors
- Experience in carrying out site surveys.
- Ability to write up detailed surveys and on-site reports.
- Site and installation knowledge and awareness.
- Flexible and enthusiastic work ethic.
- Good computer skills.
- Good planning skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to adapt to different tasks and work flexibly.
- The ability to communicate solutions verbally and via reports and drawings to customers and internal departments.
- Full UK driver’s license.
- CSCS card.
- Professional demeanour.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
