Employee Experience (EX) is the sum of all the touchpoints and moments that matter between employees and their employers. It sits at the heart of delivering superior customer experience and is key to our clients’ success. Willis Towers Watson is the leaderin Employee Experience.
We have the unique ability to use insights to drive impact. That means we ground everything we do in a deep understanding of what people care about - what makes them tick, what’s inhibiting change, what really matters. And we use that to fuel their EmployeeExperience, shaping high-value, high-impact people solutions - and delivering them in a way that sparks behavior change and drives business results.
Our people come from diverse backgrounds and bring a range of skills and capabilities - we’re insights masters, change catalysts, storytellers, culture shapers, organization strategists, digital champions and more. Our colleagues know the power of bringingthese capabilities and our offerings together to develop and execute high-impact solutions for our clients’ most complex challenges. Together, we’re all about powering ambitions—of our colleagues, our clients, and their people.
**The Role**
You will act as both a project manager and a key contributor to the development and implementation of measurable, results-based communication and change management strategies, including related deliverables that help organisations transform through change and/ordrive desired changes in employee behaviour.
We know that companies with the best employee experience outperform their competitors in terms of growth, profit and shareholder return, so our work focuses on the key touchpoints between employers and their employees, including: pension and benefits engagement, wellbeing, Total Rewards engagement, culture, inclusion and diversity and organisation transformation.
- Design and deliver communication and change management strategies to help organisations transform through change and drive desired changes in employee behaviour.
- Draft and create communications, across print and digital, translating complex concepts into clear, compelling, innovative and engaging content.
- Develop insights and strategies related to employee experience (EX) and/or managing a change in an organisation (including assessment of risks and impacts) - and communicate these clearly and succinctly to identified stakeholders.
- Take employee experience (EX) insights gathered through own and others’ work and use these to deliver measurable results for clients.
- Manage multi-workstream projects and teams - across multiple clients - against the agreed project plan and project budget, raising appropriate issues and risks to project leads.
- Interact effectively with clients and manage their expectations on a day-to-day basis, acting as a key point of contact and using your skills, experience and business acumen to act as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute to the learning and development of team members through “on the job” feedback, providing guidance, insight, coaching and mentoring.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities by presenting proposals to new and existing clients and drafting statements of work.
- Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, including new tools, solutions and approaches around employee experience (EX).
**The Requirements**:
