**Role responsibilities**

We have a permanent opportunity to join our Driver Instructors team based at Chester.

This role will allow you to get involved in a range of activities:

- You will be responsible for delivering driver training/briefing
- Coaching and supporting drivers who are returning to work
- Mentoring drivers undertaking route learning
- Completing driver assessments where needed
- Providing support and feedback to the Driver Management Team when required

You must have knowledge of routes and traction for Chester. You should excel in your current role, have excellent written & verbal communication skills and above all, high levels of motivation for the driver role. You will need to hold or be prepared to work towards the Coaching & Assessor and Presentation Skills awards, as well as having good IT skills.
