As a Recovery Mental Health Link Worker with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Mental Health Link Recovery Worker with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

The role will work across ELFTs new Community Integrated Mental Health Services (CIMHS). This role will be pivotal in strengthening our ambitions around dual diagnosis, and ensuring mental health services for people with a Serious Mental illness truly embody a “no wrong door” approach.

The creation of these teams is part of a 5 year programme to transform community mental health services in ELFT. The role will play an important part in designing what the future of what joint working and collaboration between mental health services and CGL will look like in the future.
