Ackerman Pierce are once again supporting a **Kent based NHS Trust** who are looking for an **Immediately available, experienced Head of Resourcing** to join them on an initial **3 month basis**

This is a **TEMPORARY**, ongoing position with the potential to be extended.

Hybrid working This is required onsite and offsite.

The post holder will lead on developing and delivering a Recruitment strategy sitting alongside the NHS Foundation Trust People Strategy that builds on strengths in attracting people to work with them, while addressing improvements in the employer brand,and ensuring the onboarding and induction processes help new recruits to have a successful and long career with the NHS Foundation Trust.

**Ideally, the post holder will have the below**:
**Qualifications**
- Educated to Masters level or be able to demonstrate an equivalent level of experience
- Evidence of continued learning/development
- CIPD membership/qualification or willingness to undertake
- PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification or equivalent level of experience
- Leadership/Management qualification or equivalent level of experience

**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of key current issues in skills shortages within the NHS
- Knowledge of best practice in terms of safer recruitment in the healthcare environment
- Knowledge and awareness of appropriate selection and assessment tools and techniques
- Strong working knowledge of the Job Evaulation process
- Indepth understanding of employment legislations and UKVI practices
- Extensive knowledge of the pressures on the NHS with regards to demand reduction and control of temporary staffing spend.
- Proven project management skills and experience within a busy HR environment
- Detailed understanding of DOH/TDA/Monitor guidance and controls
- Data Protection and Freedom of Information Acts
- Experience of delivering high volume transactional HR services
- Proven ability to foster an organisational culture that is positive about change and committed to delivery of the strategic vision
- Extensive in-depth demonstrable success in delivering change and performance with and through management teams, by engaging them in the strategic direction and delivery plans, establishing clear work priorities with them, delegating effectively, ensuringa capability to deliver, monitoring performance and giving feedback
