You will need sound experience and knowledge in 1-2 of the following areas:

- Carpenters 1st fix (Framing, Roof structure, Loft conversion, Pitched roof)
- Exterior Cladding
- Interior timber floor joists and sheathing. Interior cladding with exposed Ply
- Roof tiling
- slate, plain tile, concrete tile
- Flat roof - EPDM, GRP
- Install Velux windows
- Install timber, aluminium and structural glazing
- General Building

Must have own tools, PPE and CIS registration

Strong rates of pay to reflect skills and experience.

Ongoing and reliable long term work available.

Expected start date: 24/02/2025

**Responsibilities include some of**
- Execute 1st and 2nd fix carpentry tasks, including framing, and Structure
- Utilize hand and power tools for precise joinery and assembly work.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while adhering to safety standards.
- Handle heavy lifting and assist in general site work as required, ensuring quality craftsmanship throughout.

Pay: £22.00-£27.00 per hour
