Red Hall Hotel is looking for Head Waiters and waitresses to join our team to offer exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional hospitality and guest service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the serving staff
- Train, mentor, and supervise servers to maintain high standards of service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry for over a year
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Culinary knowledge to assist with food preparation and provide recommendations to guests
- Upselling skills to promote additional menu items or upgrades
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth service flow

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: £10.75-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
