Vickerstock are working alongside a leading food manufacturer based in Enniskillen to recruit a Finance lead, on a permanent basis, to join their team.

The Finance lead is a senior member of the management team and will be responsible for, financial reporting, the financial delivery and strategy delivery.

You will have strong relationship management skills for developing and maintaining internal and external stakeholders

**The Finance Lead will be responsible for the following**:

- Business Partnering with site, central and shared service centre stakeholders
- Business performance reporting (weekly, monthly, annual)
- Monthly management accounts
- Management of forecasting and budgeting
- Financial targets
- Investment appraisals
- Capital governance
- Management of the team

**The Finance Lead should be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience gained within a similar role within industry
- Fully qualified with a recognised accreditation (ACCA / FCCA or equivalent)
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Highly proficient in the use of all MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial processes and regulatory requirements
- Commercially astute and strategic, with a pro-active & hands-on approach
