**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess surveys and site conditions to determine project requirements.
- Produce accurate cost templates and quotations for maintenance projects.
- Collaborate with site engineers to understand project specifications and ensure estimations meet requirements.
- Demonstrate proficiency in aluminium glazing systems such as Technal, Scheco, Sapa, Smarts, Seniors, Kawneer, Wicona, and Comar.
- Utilise IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, to create and manage project documentation.
- Utilise glazing estimating software, such as LogiKal and TechDesign, to attain project costs.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and section details.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD to support project requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely project estimations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in estimating, preferably in the construction or maintenance sector.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of glazing systems, including aluminium glazing systems.
- Familiarity with glazing estimating software, such as LogiKal and TechDesign, is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
