I am working with an exciting Property Management business who are going from strength to strength and are looking for a SEO Co-ordinator to join their team The company have a great culture, and offer progression opportunity along with flexible working.

The main responsibilities of the role is to improve the search engine rankings and site traffic to the website through technical search engine optimisation to grow the number of visits and leads from the online channels to support the growth plans.

**Key responsibilities**
- Ad-hoc data driven investigation and analysis on link acquisition, site performance,
- accessibility, content and site architecture
- Ensuring that the websites maintain best practice standards and adhere to the
- overriding SEO strategy
- Creating technical site audits and identifying site improvements
- Testing and implementing data-driven SEO improvements
- Carrying out keyword research and planning content
- Ensuring content strategies are followed and opportunities identified
- Reading industry blogs, news etc to ensure best practice implementation and ongoing techniques are used
- Identifying link opportunities through world media
- Reporting to the Marketing Manager on SEO progress on a monthly basis

**Key skills**
- Passion for SEO best practice with strong understanding of technical on site SEO and experience of link building and inbound markting
- Experience using; Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog
- Experience of Majestic and AWR cloud desirable
- Some understanding of technical SEO aspects
- Experience with creative 'link building’ campaigns
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin)
