Islington Motor Group have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Service Advisor to join our multi-franchise dealership in Trowbridge.

You will work alongside our experienced service team, learning all aspects of working in a busy service department.

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and is willing to learn new skills, both as an individual and as part of a team.

This is a permanent full time role, working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 and Saturdays 08:30 - 12:30 on a rota basis (working apporximately 1 in 3)

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will support the service team to manage customers from the moment a booking is made until we have successfully completed the work and returned thier vehicle, managing communication across multiple channels throughout.

We are looking for somoene who is
- Experienced in a customer facing role
- An excellent communicator
- Well organised
- Able to adopt and adapt to new technology and systems
- Confident in using various I.T platforms
- Able to be a proactive team player

A basic understanding of how a vehicle operates would be an advantage but full training could be provided.
