**Conveyancing Assistant - Wirral**

Fantastic new Conveyancing Assistant role to join one of the most respected law firms in the Wirral.

You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team, taking a hands-on approach in helping with all Conveyancing matters.

**Duties**
- Actively supporting a Senior Conveyancer in progressing residential and commercial matters from inception to closure
- Taking an active role in reporting to clients, estate agents and other stakeholders in a transaction
- Ensuring matter files are up to date
- Interpreting and drafting legal correspondence and forms as required during the course of a transaction
- Ensuring that all administrative aspects are completed

**You**
- Previous experience working within a busy conveyancing department
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite (such as Word, Excel and Outlook)
- It is desired, but not essential to have either a Law Degree, CILEx Qualifications or qualifications with the Council for Licenced Conveyancers

**On Offer**
- £21,000 upwards, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
- Company pension
- Office based
