**More about the role**

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an **Internal Sales**Apprentice** in **Guildford** with Signify.

As an Internal Sales Apprentice, you’ll be responsible for working with our customers to offer industry leading technology.

You will have the opportunity of gaining an apprenticeship qualification up to degree level with this role if you choose so.

**During your 3 year apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Achieve agreed financial targets and KPI with Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with the local marketing department, to agree together forward proactive and reactive promotional roadmaps.
- Call out to identified or agreed target customer audience with a plan to capture available wallet based on promotional activity deployed.
- Prepare mail out campaigns where required to agreed customer markets.
- Delight customers by reacting quickly to incoming calls related to agreed promotions or tasks agreed with Sales Manager.
- To gain external recognized qualifications with no university fees

**More about you**

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

- Strong GCSE results /BTEC attainment or/and at least a C / 4 in Mathematics and English.
- Study of Business is preferable.
- Interested and/or eager to learn about Sales.
- Previous experience working closely with Customers is a nice to have, but not a must. You can learn with us
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Office programs (particularly Excel, Word and PPt).
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative tasks.
- Able to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner.
- Passionate and eager to learn and develop your career.
- Aged 16 plus.
- Resident in England. This position is based in Guildford, Surrey.
