**Description of Role: -**
We require a new team member to join our company providing customer service and administrative skills on a dedicated client contract.
This role involves processing a high volume of orders on a daily basis and providing support to patients using the service.
Previous work in pharmacy or a similar role, whilst not required, as full training will be given, may be of benefit to this role.
**Key Skills: -**
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong emphasis on providing the best possible experience for the patient using the facilities provided.
- Demonstratable skills in Microsoft Excel.
- A strong attention to detail as you will be working with medical supplies and prescriptions.
- Clear and Concise communication skills in both internal and external environments.
- The ability to be adaptable in the workplace and flexible in your work approach, whilst working with the guidelines already in place.
- You must be a team player, but also have the ability to work on your own in a high workflow environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Poulton le Fylde, FY6 8JX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
