They will lead inter-company and inter-divisional communications with group colleagues plus assist with the organization of trade shows and promotion of the company’s UK Showroom.

They will also assist the Trade Marketing Manager by undertaking market research into grocery retail trends and feed that into company strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the company’s internal and external digital communications and media platforms
- Gather relevant news content from colleagues & customers and prepare media to a high standard for publication both online and in industry press
- Work with the Group Communications team to lead the UK’s presence in our market
- Market research into relevant product and grocery retail trends that will benefit company strategy
- Maintain internal communications and administer the delivery of appropriate internal communication channels
- Prepare presentations for products and services in a consistent format for both internal and external use
- Support in the organization and analysis of national and international trade shows
- Actively promote the company and its brands and services

Essential Competencies:

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- To work on own initiative and have a sales driven attitude
- Experience in administering / delivering internal and external communication channels
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
- A keen eye for detail
- IT skills: Microsoft Office 365 apps, social media platforms.
- Media skills: Web, graphic and PDF editing skills advantageous
- Marketing degree or similar; or a previous Marketing / Communications / Administrative role a preference.
- A willingness to travel in the UK and abroad occasionally
- Driving licence and passport
- B2B marketing experience advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
