Sourdough Baker

We're looking for a seasoned Sourdough Baker for our brand new Bakery HQ in Chipping Campden and occasionally at our flagship cafe/bakery in Stratford upon Avon.

As a sourdough baker, you will be responsible for baking high-quality sourdough breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to keep up with demand while maintaining a high level of quality.

Previous experience is required.

- Genuine interest in our products and a real passion for food
- Well presented and happy to work in open kitchen
- Be an excellent communicator, ensuring all staff within your team are briefed, supervised and motivated
- Multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Assist other sections of the kitchen in the production and service of food and the cleaning down of the section as and when required
- Maintain constant quality control within the kitchen
- Ensure good hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
